Enjoy!

If you missed the beginning you can get started reading here

Realise this one is fairly sparse (intended as a double spread as and when I get it printed)

There will probably be a bit of a break from updates now as I work on getting caught up. I’ve got about 20 more pages written and I’m currently working on the very next page.

Next week I’ll probably post some behind the scenes artwork and work in progress sketches, let’s see!

Three things:

  1. Watched Drive My Car. It’s nice to see another great Murakami adaption (I really loved Burning). I feel It’s one of those movies that you can find lots of hidden themes the more you watch it. I loved how the theme of the movie was reflected in the play they put on by having everyone speaking different languages.

  2. Arcade Fire is back. As many others I also didn’t love Everything Now (Put your money on me is an exception), but I love these new singles.

  3. This Q&A with Patti Smith

“One of my favourite lines in music is from Jimi Hendrix’s 1983… (A Merman I Should Turn To Be). “Hurrah. I awake from yesterday.” I live by that. Another day, I’m still here. A chance to do something useful, read a book, see a film, see my kids. I just saw The Power of the Dog – such a great movie – and The Batman. I just made myself peanut butter toast and black coffee, one of my father’s favourite things, and I suddenly had such a sense of him. I experience joy very easily.”
